We are excited to announce the start of our new project in Maine for the 2022 year. Our Eastern Field Director Johnny Babilon has moved to his new state to assist the Maine Republicans in their fight to elect conservative candidates within the state of Maine.
Organizing petition drives inside (to right of photo below) takes work, but the tougher part can be collected signatures once a Nor'easter hits. The left of the photo shows Babilon returning to his place south of Portland, Maine amid blizzard warnings of 50 mph winds and 14 to 18 inches of weekend snow.
Since the start of the year Babilon has been collecting petition signatures from Mainers to get Governor LePage and other State candidates on the ballot for the upcoming primaries. This includes going door to door to speak with everyday Mainers, but also assisting candidates with their own campaign kickoffs. The enthusiasm that the people of Maine are showing makes us proud to be part of such a strong movement.
