On January 7, the Board unanimously voted to make "Take Back Our Republic Action" the official name of our organization.
The IRS recognizes our organization as both "Take Back Action Fund" and the original name "Take Back Our Republic Action Fund c4," however the legal name in our filed Articles of Incorporation is "Take Back Action Fund."
The unanimous vote of the Board, with legal guidance, to amend the Articles and file Revised articles with the Virginia Secretary of State will be followed by our legal notification to all continental US States of the name change. The organization is recognized by all continental States to do business and raise money as a 501c4 corporation.
